Pulverizer Machine
The pulverizers machine that we manufacture are the basic equipment that produce raw material in powder form granules (LLDPE). The raw material powder is put into the mould then rotates inside the oven and then melted to form the end-product. The capacity of the pulverizers ranges that we offer are 70 kg/hr, 100 kg/hr and 120 kg/hr. We can modify on the capacity as per the requirement placed by the client.
We manufacture plastic extruders that are used to color to the tanks and other roto mould we make. The natural LLDPE Granules is extruded with master batch to make the color granules. Then the color granules are pulverized to make the color material in powder form that color to the final product. We offer the extruders in 90 kg/hr to 120 kg/hr capacities.
The scraps that are collected during the production process are cut into small pieces like granules with the help of scrap grinder and cutter. Then these are pulverized again to use in the production process.
